Dear friends and colleagues,

It is a pleasure for us to invite you to the upcoming IV European Meeting on Women's Mental Health, Psychosis and Gender to be held in March 9-10 2023 in Barcelona, Catalonia.

In the last decades, the topic of gender and psychosis has generated a high amount of interest and research in the scientific community. The ways in which women and men express psychosis are probably modulated through a variety of factors related to genes, hormones and the environment. This is probably why women experience the same disease differently, and why women and men show a different response to medications and non-pharmacological treatments.

Following three highly successful Congresses in 2015, 2017, 2020, the Catalan Research Workgroup on Women's Mental Health organizes the IV European Meeting whose main goal is to update the knowledge about several issues related to the topic of gender, women and psychosis.  We are putting together an ambitious and exciting scientific program.

We are convinced that this meeting will cover your expectative and will be of your interest. Furthermore, we encourage you to join us these two days also enjoying the beautiful city of Barcelona.
